What we don't like:

1. We do not accept links to violent pages - of any kind!
2. We do not accept links to Porno pages - of any kind!
3. We are far from any discrimination - World Wide!
4. Do not post any image or banner that is offensive.
5. We don't accept sites under construction!
6. Any Account that DOES NOT place the code in 7 days will be deleted.
7. A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means.
8. A member may not insert more than 2 banner exchange code per page.
9. A member may not include the banner exchange HTML code on any pages that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push) or on a page which is inaccessible to the general surfing population including but not limited to pop-up windows and hidden frames.
10. A member may not place his/her banner exchange HTML code on pages that are unrelated to the site being advertised.

Anyone found in violation of these policies will be banned and lose all credits pending on his/her account.

What we expect:

1. Not to use your banner code on emails of any type. It will result in immediate termination of your subscription. This means, don't display your banner code on thousands of emails just to build up View Points!
2. Not to use any pages that automatically refresh. It also will result in immediate termination from our service.
3. That all banners are displayed from the main page or on pages that are linked to from the main menu or from the main page. This means that our banners are accessible to visitors on your site and are easily viewable. This means that we don't allow pages that are obscure, or rarely viewed, or computer generated pages that will never be viewed by a visitor to your site.
4. That our banner code must be shown on at least one of the pages on your website at all times.
